wow I think Diana and Alicia should have a show together that's what I propose maybe somebody will hear that they're doing great job thank you oh my God this is unbelievable we're getting bigger and more uh incredibly exciting here this is our 12 12 uh get together Blossom ball it is Blossom balls spring summer is coming I want to lift your spir spirits in a way for the cause that we we talk about all night it is very there's significant hope with the right people with the right right
uh understanding woman who who wants to really speak for the cause and get this thing going in a way that we can change it's a revolution Happening by the way um I'm not following any script here they start to may they want me to read something but the bottom line is I'm speaking my heart because that's what might matter that's how you get through and real things get done I talk with my patients like that I always remember something very wise that a patient of mine from Montreal Canada told me a quote that reminds me how important it is to listen to your people patients who are suffering with this disease she was a sociologist so she put an incredible Cod she said and I I do use this in my talks also no one understands this disease endometriosis no one no one one but those who have the disease I think that's so true because this is what we really lack tonight I want to honor the patients in the room you were recognized actually she stole my line from last year I did the same number that was good and among the family who cares but most importantly I want awareness and recognition on men if men understands Endo what we do things will speed up in like AI will do it so in other words exponentially things will change if men understand how woman reproductive life really works it's because of the patients you spoke up and their pain that we are here today in this room that we build this foundation and that we can give keep giving the care that even more patient because I cannot honestly know what it feels like as a man to experience such terrible pain with this disease but this situation is highly treatable that's why we have to listen only if you listen we can begin to understand those of us who perform to save the the lives of many women the surgery and some of these exceptional surgeons all over the the world that have been my friends are here I salute them they join me for our medical conference it is through their effort we can do better job every
year I'm honored and humbled to continue to do this work with you and I thank you as ever to the endlessly hardworking and dedicated staff of endon they are listening always and they understand and we need we need to listen to people if you want to understand their problems and struggle it is possible we celebrate everything we were able to do so far and we are here to stand with patience everywhere we place to understand their problems as much as we can so keep going and keep Rising raising the funds for the advancement of Science and surgery of endometriosis I want you to have fun tonight let's have a blast I want wish to recognize special people who have been around me and helped me tremendously the Rudin family Miss Rudin cannot be here tonight Aisha Aisha Shan thank you so much for the support and being the chair tonight
