Help students understand their bodies, recognize concerning symptoms, and feel confident seeking support.
ENPOWR is the Endometriosis Foundation of America’s free, youth-centered endometriosis education program for schools and communities.
Endometriosis symptoms often begin during adolescence, but severe pain and other concerns are too often dismissed as “normal.”
Through age-appropriate lessons, educational resources, staff learning opportunities, and community support, ENPOWR helps students and the adults around them learn about menstrual health, recognize when symptoms may deserve further attention, and have more informed conversations about seeking care and self-advocacy.
Our goal is not to diagnose students. It is to help create school environments where young people feel informed, believed, and supported.
