Dr. Paulina Carrillo is a board-certified OB/GYN and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon based in Mexico, specializing in endometriosis and complex laparoscopic surgery. She completed advanced international training across France, Italy, and Mexico at high-volume reference centers, including IFEMEndo (Bordeaux), IRCAD (Strasbourg), and CICE (Clermont-Ferrand), and holds GESEA certification in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS). She has additional training in clinical neuropelveology and focuses on deep infiltrating endometriosis and multidisciplinary management of complex disease. Dr. Carrillo is active in research, including prospective outcomes work in deep endometriosis, and contributes to surgical education and patient-centered counseling to support shared decision-making and long-term quality of life
