Melissa Diamond

Melissa Diamond is a Sales Director at Sierra, where she supports the company's largest strategic customers in deploying customer-facing AI solutions. With over a decade of experience in enterprise SaaS, she has held leadership roles at Twilio and Salesforce, working with major brands to scale complex technology implementations.
Melissa is also a passionate advocate for endometriosis awareness. After experiencing debilitating symptoms for nearly two decades, she was finally diagnosed with deep infiltrating endometriosis in 2025. Like many women with this condition, her pain was repeatedly dismissed by medical professionals who told her it was normal. Melissa shares her story to help other women recognize that severe menstrual pain is not normal and to encourage them to trust their intuition when seeking care. She hopes her experience will empower women to demand answers and shorten the often years-long journey to diagnosis.
