Anna Hagood is 22 years old and was diagnosed with endometriosis when she was 19. Her periods have always been horrible and she was always told they were normal. She moved to New York when she was 18 to pursue her dream of modeling, which is where she met with a gynecologist that told her she might have endometriosis. She had heard that word before - her mom was 45 years old when she found out she had endometriosis. She had her first surgery in May 2018 and her second surgery the next year in 2019 with Dr. Seckin and Dr. Goldstein. She is now looking into egg freezing with options for a third surgery.
