Demetra Gregorakis is an Emmy Award–winning producer turned mental health therapist and endometriosis advocate. After her personal experience with chronic illness and the reality of feeling unheard, she left the media industry to earn her Master’s in Applied Psychology from NYU. Today, she works with individuals and couples to navigate mental health challenges and supports those living with chronic illness. Through her clinical work and creative voice, Demetra is passionate about turning pain into purpose and helping others feel seen, supported, and less alone.
