This core focused class incorporates both yoga and Pilates principles for an invigorating, low-impact 45-minute workout. You’ll strengthen your core and challenge your body without the pounding effects of high-impact movement. This fiery circuit-style class is a fun and athletic blend that works through a full spectrum of exercises to challenge your entire core. At the end of the class, you’ll feel strong and empowered.
45-minutes workout will conclude with a brief Q&A with Kym
