Blossom Ball 2018: Mara Schiavocampo

- Welcome everyone, and thank you for joining us for such an important evening. Tonight, we're gonna hear from so many women who are stepping out of the shadows and using their voices, raising their voices, to begin to end the stigma of endometriosis. And, while some of our loudest and bravest voices can't be here with us in person tonight, we are gonna hear from them throughout the evening with messages that they've sent, and we also have the honor to be joined tonight in person by singer/songwriter, Halsey, who is going to share her powerful story. Yes, that deserves a round of applause. She's going to share her powerful story, and we are thrilled and honored to be able to present her tonight with the Blossom Award. Now, before we get started tonight with dinner and with the rest of our program, I want to bring up Dr. Tamer Seckin. He's the co-founder... You have your fan club here, right in the front. He's the co-founder of the Endometriosis Foundation of America and a surgical expert in excision surgery, but for so many women, he is a godsend. He is a savior. Dr. Seckin, welcome.
