Töve Wood, Brooklyn-based actor and poet, was diagnosed with Endometriosis in the summer of 2019 after nearly 12 years of silent suffering. Following a successful excision surgery this past October, she hopes to educate, empathize, and encourage other women with the disease whose cries for help have not been heard.
