Michelle Gilmore is an Australian Industrial Designer and entrepreneur. She’s been running her own global design company (Neo) for over 10 years; working to create world-class products, services, and systems for corporate, government and not-for-profit clients. Her work has taken her across the world, consulting with major brands and senior leaders in the USA, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
In 2015, she launched a training and capability building company - Train, focusing on communication, collaboration, diversity, and Human-Centered Design. Michelle is a regular writer, speaker, and panelist and has recently consulted on a number of political campaigns.Michelle was diagnosed with stage IV endometriosis in 2017 and has since worked to increase awareness and enable positive change.
