Lane is a third-year student at New York University, studying Media, Culture, and Communication. She attended high school in Ottawa, Canada with her identical twin sister Neve, and her three older siblings. Lane and her siblings were born in Singapore and moved to North America at a young age. She started exhibiting endometriosis symptoms at the age of eleven and has recently undergone laparoscopic surgery at Seckin Endometriosis Center. Lane currently lives in New York City and loves to cook and make art. She works in marketing and advertising and plans to continue her passion in these areas as she graduates from university.
