Hormone University

Hormone University is the first platform dedicated to making hormonal health education more accessible to the public through informative, easy to understand articles, posts and expert interviews. We aim to help women understand the science behind their symptoms and make the most educated decisions about their bodies by increasing awareness and reducing the stigma of menstrual health.

Our founder Ana Gonzalez Herrera volunteers her time as Chair of the Advisory board for Endofound. Ana suffered through excruciating Stage IV endometriosis for more than a decade. While undergoing intense pain and five surgeries which culminated in infertility and surgical menopause, Ana realized not only the physical toll, but the emotional consequences that living with a hormonal condition can take; determined to empower other women to take control of their health, she turned her pain into her mission and created Hormone University.

In just 10 months, our Instagram community has grown to include more than 3,500 individuals, and we receive daily messages from followers who are benefitted from our platform.

Check out our website and follow us @hormoneuniversity on Instagram and Facebook to get access to a free wellness planner and ebook with hormone-healthy recipes. Subscribe to our free newsletter to get weekly updates about hormonal topics and expert interviews, and sign our petition against the Texas tampon tax!
