Gerard DeGregoris

Gerard DeGregoris, MD

Director of Education and Research, Manhattan Spine and Pain Medicine, NY

Dr. DeGregoris graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame and attended medical school at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  He then completed a residency in Anesthesiology at Cornell University in Manhattan where he was selected as Chief Resident.  After residency he completed a combined fellowship in Pain Medicine at Cornell, Sloan Kettering, and the Hospital for Special Surgery.  He is now the Director for Education and Research at Manhattan Spine and Pain Medicine in midtown Manhattan.  He has delivered many academic lectures and authored many medical manuscripts.   A dedicated physician educator, he also runs an elective in pain management at Lenox Hill Hospital.  He is the recipient of numerous honors including being recently selected as a "Rising Star" by Super Doctors in the New York Times in 2016 and 2017.
