Tracy Lewis

Endometriosis Advocate

Endometriosis is a word that was not in Tracy Lewis’s vocabulary until she was 59 years old. Seeing several doctors and at least 4 different gynecologists over the previous 8 years, it wasn’t until October of 2023, when she was lying on the bathroom floor in excruciating pain, that it became clear it was something more than “pelvic congestion syndrome.” Fortunately, Tracy’s sister recognized the symptoms and introduced her to the surgeon, who ended the cycle of increasingly relentless pain and non-sensical diagnoses.

As a mother of three with a wonderfully supportive husband, Tracy lived with a misdiagnosed disease for 8+ years. Having learned first-hand how much endometriosis can affect one’s life, Tracy plans to pay it forward by helping create awareness and education in her home state of Colorado with the hope that both young women and young men can recognize symptoms and push for earlier diagnosis. Tracy has spent over 25 years enamored with the sustainably built environment, focusing on single-family new builds as well as renovating commercial properties and residential communities. She holds accreditation as a LEED AP, Realtor®, licensed general contractor, in addition to having certification in finance & investment from UCLA and the Private Wealth Management Program from Wharton School of Business.
