Dr. Kathy Huang is a plastic surgeon in Rockville, Maryland and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Adventist Healthcare Shady Grove Medical Center and Sibley Memorial Hospital. She received her medical degree from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and has been in practice between 11-20 years.
