Fill out the form below to let us know you’re interested in participating in the Holiday Bazaar!

EndoFound will review your application and store website link to ensure products meet our community standards. Store/products must be available for purchase online to participate.

If selected, EndoFound will send you an agreement detailing your commitment to give back and the dates you’ve agreed to participate.

On your start date your shop will be featured online along with our other Holiday Bazaar participants! Community members, friends, and family members will be able to purchase gifts for the holiday season knowing a portion of their purchase will go back into EndoFound programming!
